Would you like to go on a cruise?

Are you planning to set sail on a cruise ship—a floating paradise where the worries of the world seem to drift away with each passing wave. Imagine waking up to the gentle sway of the ocean, greeted by endless horizons and the promise of new adventures on the horizon. From luxurious amenities to exotic ports of call, a cruise is more than just a vacation—it’s a journey of discovery, relaxation, and indulgence. So, cast off your cares, embrace the sea breeze, and let the rhythm of the waves be your guide to unforgettable moments at sea.

Here’s what you’ll need if you’re going on a cruise:

Small luggage, so it doesn’t get in your way in small spaces. And this one even has a cupholder and charging set-up on it, which will be very useful on your flight to your port of departure. The more handsfree you can be, the better.

The cutest bathing suit on board, because let’s face it: the pool(s) is the place to be! And then of course you’ll need a gorgeous cover-up to walk from your cabin to the pool… or from the pool to the bar.

You’ll a dazzling cocktail dress for the evening activities! I hear cruises are all about the entertainment: fancy dinners, spectacular shows,… Dress up and flaunt the goods!

What if you prefer an active vacation?

While the allure of cruising on a majestic ship certainly has its charms, there’s something undeniably exciting about opting for an active vacation that keeps the adrenaline pumping and the senses alive. For some of us, the thrill cannot be found in the rocking of the waves, but in the adventures that await on land. Picture hiking through rainforests, kayaking along coastlines, or conquering towering mountain peaks. An active vacation isn’t just about seeing the world—it’s about immersing yourself in it, feeling the earth beneath your feet, and forging unforgettable memories through the sheer power of exploration and discovery. So lace up those hiking boots, grab your snorkel gear, and get ready to embrace the exhilarating spirit of adventure that awaits beyond the confines of a cruise ship.

For an active vacation you’ll need these:

When you go out on adventure you should take some of these microfiber towels. For a refreshing cool down you can dip these in any water fall or creek you encounter on your adventure.

For hiking we recommend lightweight, breathable but waterproof hiking boots like these. You don’t want your shoes to weigh you down while hiking, but you need enough support to protect your feet while walking on uneven terrain.

If you like the water better than the land you may need a wetsuit to go diving or snorkeling. When you’re swimming in the ocean your body can cool down fast!

Of course you’ll need some snorkel gear too! How else would you see all the pretty fishies and keep up with the turtles? You can find these snorkel gear packages at a great deal any time. There are also full face masks, but I prefer just the goggles so my mouth is free.

Maybe all you want to do is spend your Spring Break at a beach in the sun.

There’s a timeless simplicity to spending lazy days basking in the golden glow of the sun at the beach. First things first: protect your skin! Choose a great sunscreen with enough protection and re-apply, re-apply, re-apply is the message. 30SPF can be enough if you re-apply often. I personally love this Hawaiian Tropic brand because it’s light-weight, not sticky and it smells AMAZING!

A decent pair of flipflops that will carry you well in the sand. I love these Clark’s because they have great support in the sand and on solid ground. They don’t hurt between your toes and they come in really cute colors!

Now, who wouldn’t look cute in this sun hat?! Isn’t it adorable? It just gives you that extra shade so you’re not straining your eyes in the sun. And since the top is open on this hat, you can put your hair through in a ponytail or a messy bun. So grab a good book or your Kindle and relax in the sun!
