Vegas, baby! While we were in town for Affiliate Summit West, we made sure to fuel up with some seriously amazing eats and sips. From dazzling cocktails to mouthwatering meals, we wined, dined, and lived our best foodie lives. Let’s break down the best (and not-so-best) bites from our trip!
✨ Chandelier Bar at The Cosmopolitan First stop? The stunning Chandelier Bar! This place is straight out of a girly Instagram dream—glittering crystal vibes, chic atmosphere, and even better cocktails. Naturally, I had to go with a classic Cosmopolitan (because, duh, Sex and the City). And let me tell you, it was the best one I’ve ever had!
For those feeling adventurous, the Verbena is the Chandelier Bar’s best-kept (off-menu) secret. This tequila-based cocktail with lemon verbena, ginger, and a Szechuan button garnish is a fun experience—literally, it makes your tongue tingle! I’ve had it before, but honestly? That Cosmo still stole the show for me.
🍽️ Beauty & Essex – Tapas, But Make It Lux After our cocktail hour, we strolled over to Beauty & Essex—hidden behind a faux pawn shop (so Vegas, right?). The moment you step inside, it’s all about dimly lit, sexy ambiance and divine small plates.
For our group of four, they recommended ordering 6-8 dishes to share, so we happily obliged. Here’s what we devoured: ✅ Little French Dips – Small but mighty, packed with flavor! ✅ Grilled Cheese, Smoked Bacon & Tomato Soup Dumplings – My absolute favorite. Comfort food but make it boujee. ✅ Hamachi Ceviche – Fresh, zesty, and light. ✅ Tuna Poke Wonton Tacos – Crunchy, flavorful, and a must-try. ✅ Brown Butter Scallops – Rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
For dessert, we got the Beauty’s Wonder Wheel—looked stunning, tasted… meh. Instagram-worthy but underwhelming flavor-wise.
🥞 Hash House A Go Go – Breakfast for Champions Before a big day at ASW, we needed a real breakfast. Since we were staying at The LINQ, we hit up Hash House A Go Go, known for oversized portions and comfort food heaven. And WOW—they were not kidding about the portions!
Highlights: 🥞 The biggest pancake we’ve ever seen – Literally the size of a pizza. 🥑 Avocado Toast – Huge and packed with flavor. 🥔 Fried potatoes – Crispy, seasoned perfection. 🥄 Veggie Hash – The perfect balance of hearty and fresh.
10/10 would go again—nothing like a giant breakfast before a long Vegas day!
🍷 Eiffel Tower Restaurant – Dining with a View For our second night, we classed it up at the Eiffel Tower Restaurantin Paris Las Vegas. If you’re looking for a romantic, ultra-glam dinner with breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains, this is the spot.
The food? Chef’s kiss 👩🍳💋 🥗 Caesar Salad – Hands down, the best I’ve ever had. So much flavor! 🥩 Queen Filet and Beef Wellington with Scalloped Potatoes – Absolutely divine. Melted in my mouth! 🍫 Soufflés & Chocolate Hazelnut Cake – Light, decadent, and dreamy. 🍮 Crème Brûlée – A classic, done perfectly.
If you’re celebrating something special (hint hint, proposal spot alert 💍), this is the place. The presentation, service, and overall experience? Top tier.
🍣 Fuhu – Asian Fusion with a Twist For our final night, we stepped outside our comfort zone and tried Fuhu at Resorts World. Think bold flavors, stylish vibes, and some of the best Asian fusion we’ve had.
Faves: 🍚 Fried Rice – Huge portion, enough for two! 🌶️ Edamame with Chiles – Spicy, salty, addicting. 🥟 Wagyu Beef Pot Stickers – Flavor bomb. A must-try. 🐟 Sea Bass Entrée – Flaky, rich, and full of flavor.
The ambiance was fun, the drinks were flirty, and the food was chef’s kiss. If you’re feeling adventurous, add this one to your Vegas foodie bucket list.
Final Thoughts Between all the learning, networking, and boss babe moments at ASW, we made sure to indulge in some seriously good eats. From glam cocktails to decadent dinners, this trip was a foodie’s dream.
