Costco Black Friday deals are already out, and honestly, Costco does it different than everyone else. There’s no midnight doorbuster rush. Instead the savings come in waves starting October 30, so if you plan it right you can knock out a big chunk of your list before Thanksgiving even hits.
The first wave starts October 30. Costco is closed on Thanksgiving, but there’s an online-only sale that day. The Dyson Purifier and the Samsung tablet are the two biggest price drops I see in the preview, both $100 to $200 off.
Not a Costco member? Sam’s Club has Black Friday deals too. Doorbusters run Nov 6 to 8, the Nex Playground drops to $209 Nov 19, and there’s a Dyson V8 for $249 that weekend.

Costco hasn’t posted Black Friday hours yet. Most years warehouses just open at regular hours on Friday, so don’t plan on a 5am line. Check your warehouse on the Costco app before you go.
These are the ones that caught my eye in the early preview. Prices are the in-warehouse price after instant savings. Online is usually a few dollars higher because shipping is baked in.
You need a membership to shop the deals. A Gold Star membership is $65 a year and Executive is $130. Costco sometimes runs a new-member promo around the holidays, so check before you sign up.

If you’re a Costco family, wave 1 is the sleeper. Most people wait for Black Friday weekend and miss the Oct 30 to Nov 15 deals completely. Grab the Dyson now if it’s on your list, then circle back Nov 16.
